1. Information We Collect

When you use Evalyn, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your display name, username, email address, avatar, Roblox user information, and any content you submit to a workspace.

We record when you sign in and by which method, to help secure your account. With your consent, we also record the IP address and device (user agent) of each sign-in so you can review them in your login history. See section 2 for how to give or withdraw that consent.

Some records keep an IP address without asking, because they exist to protect the Service and its users rather than to serve you a feature: access to the platform staff admin panel, giveaway entries (to stop one person entering many times), public appeal submissions, and short-lived rate limiting.

2. Cookies, Local Storage and Your Choices

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't load third-party tracking scripts. Our fonts are served from our own servers. What we do store falls into three groups:

  • Essential (always on).Your sign-in session cookie, a cookie that records your consent choice, and short-lived security and reliability markers. The Service can't work without these, so they don't need consent.
  • Preferences (optional).Your theme, sidebar layout and notices you've dismissed, kept in your browser's local storage. If you say no, these are only kept until you close the tab.
  • Sign-in activity (optional). The IP address and device of each sign-in, shown in your login history. If you say no, or later withdraw consent, we stop recording them and erase the ones already stored for your account.

Signed-in users are asked to choose before using the Service, and we ask again if what we store changes. Refusing doesn't limit anything you can do. You can change your choice at any time:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate you; to communicate with you about your account; and to enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Authentication Providers

Evalyn uses third-party authentication providers such as Discord and Roblox. When you sign in, we receive certain profile information from those providers in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not store your provider passwords.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the Service, or when required by law. Workspace data is visible to members of that workspace based on the permissions configured by workspace owners.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us through the Taco Group support channels.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page.
